We’ve discussed the Green Dragonflight before, from the history and background of the flight itself to the events that occurred during the Nightmare War. But the activities of the green flight continue in Cataclysm, both in the northern reaches of Hyjal and elsewhere around the world. Despite the victory at the end of Stormrage, the troubles of the Green Dragonflight are far from over, and the threat of the Emerald Nightmare still looms.

It’s Gob the bounty hunter! This goblin, captured for eternity by Xantenise of <The Dreadnaught> on Moon Guard (US-H), proves that scary things can indeed come in small packages. Bonus points for wielding a shotgun that matches her armor.

Not everything is going to be burned to a crisp when Deathwing nukes Azeroth. Some areas, such as the godforsaken quillboar-hole known as the southern Barrens, will be given new life. Naliaah of <Cryptìc> on Thrall (US-H) sent in this picture of a beautiful glowing green watering hole in the new … wait, glowing? Someone break out the Geiger counter and the Rad-X. We’ve got a situation on our hands.

Around Azeroth: It’s not easy being green
Suddenly I want an Ecto-Cooler, and I’m not sure why. Submitter Eviae of Caelestrasz (three-time winner of the Hardest Server to Spell competition) recently found herself stuck in one of the Undercity’s great vats of Slurm. Since she’s undead, drowning wasn’t an imminent threat, but the feeling of high fructose corn syrup on her rotting skin was disquieting enough that she decided just to hearth out.
